Note: Cure Cosmetics is a product of Cure Medmart. All logistics, dispatch, and delivery operations are managed under the specialized infrastructure and quality standards of Cure Medmart.
1. Order Processing Time
- All orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days following successful payment confirmation.
- Please note that orders are not processed or dispatched on Sundays or public holidays.
2. Shipping Timelines
Once your order has been handed over to our logistics partners, estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Metro Cities: 2–5 business days
- Non-Metro Cities: 4–8 business days
- Remote Areas: 6–12 business days
Note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on regional weather conditions, courier partner schedules, or unforeseen logistics challenges.
3. Shipping Charges
Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly calculated and displayed at the time of checkout. Cure Cosmetics may occasionally offer free shipping as part of specific promotional campaigns or order value thresholds.
4. Order Tracking
Transparency is a priority. Once your consignment is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS, allowing you to monitor your delivery status in real-time until it reaches your doorstep.
5. Delivery Address Accuracy
The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Cure Cosmetics cannot be held liable for delivery failures resulting from incorrect addresses, missing contact details, or the recipient’s unavailability.
6. Delayed or Failed Delivery
- Uncontrollable Delays: Delays caused by courier internal issues, extreme weather, or statutory holidays are beyond our direct control.
- Failed Delivery Attempts: If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to customer unavailability, the courier will typically attempt re-delivery as per their standard operating procedure.
- Return to Origin (RTO): If an order is returned to our facility due to an incorrect address or repeated non-acceptance, it may not be eligible for automatic reshipment or a refund.
7. Damaged or Tampered Packages
Important: We take great care in packaging. However, if a package appears tampered with or is visibly damaged at the time of delivery, we advise customers to refuse the delivery and immediately notify our support team through the official Cure Cosmetics website.
8. International Shipping
While Cure Cosmetics is a global-facing brand, our standard web checkout primarily services India. For bulk international export inquiries, please contact our trade department directly. Specific international shipping terms will be provided upon the issuance of a Proforma Invoice.
