- Once the order is packed, dispatched, or handed over to the courier partner, it cannot be cancelled.

Company Cancellations: Cure Cosmetics reserves the right to cancel any order due to:
- Product unavailability or stock discrepancies.
- Pricing or information errors.
- Suspected fraudulent activity or unauthorized payment methods.
2. No Return Policy
Important: Due to the nature of cosmetic and personal care products, we do not offer any return or product exchange once an order is delivered. This policy is strictly enforced to maintain hygiene, safety, and quality control standards.
3. Refund Policy
Refunds are strictly limited and only applicable under the specific conditions listed below:
- Pre-Shipment Cancellation: If the customer cancels the order successfully before it has been dispatched.
- Operational Cancellation: If the order is cancelled by our team due to product unavailability or other operational issues.
- Wrong Product: If a product different from the one ordered is delivered (subject to verification).
- Damaged Product: If the product is damaged during transit.
- Note: To process claims for damaged or wrong products, an unboxing video or photographic proof may be required.
Processing Time: Once a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original mode of payment within 5–10 business days.
4. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued in the following scenarios:
- “Change of mind” after the order has been shipped or delivered.
- Incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer leading to non-delivery.
- Failed delivery attempts due to customer unavailability.
- Minor packaging damage (such as a dented outer box) that does not affect the actual product quality or safety.
